For every order of qualifying products where spend is equal to or in excess of £350.00 (excluding VAT), Carpet & Flooring will issue a credit note to the customer’s account to the value of 5% of the order value. Non-qualifying products will be excluded from the calculation. The invoice must be paid by the time the claim is processed, otherwise it will be withheld until your payment is confirmed. Customers must complete the claim form and send it by post or email to the postal / email address specified on the form in order to receive the credit note. Credit notes will be processed after the end of the promotional period and will be applied to the customer’s account by 31st August 2022. No claims will be accepted after the 29th July 2022. Only active Carpet & Flooring account customers can take part in the promotion. If an order is cancelled, the amount of the cancelled order will not be considered to award the 5% cash back. The cash back offer will not be taken off the invoice value at the time of invoicing. No cash alternative will be offered, this promotion is non-transferable, no equivalents will be offered and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and exclusions may apply.
